English for Speakers of Other Languages


Adult Education courses in English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) teach limited-English speakers to read, write, speak and understand English. ESOL programs target non-English-speaking immigrants who need better English skills to become active members of the community and to prepare for employment or job advancement, or who want to take an active role in their children's education.  Beginning, Intermediate and Advanced classes are available.
