Services	The Food Services Department sees to the nutritional needs of the school children of Norwich, Connecticut. Breakfast and lunch are served at our schools and snacks are also provided at some school activities. As stated by the School Nutrition Association of Connecticut, our mission is to provide "quality, nutritious food choices and nutrition education to all children in Connecticut."

	In addition to providing breakfast and lunch during the school year, Food Services oversees the management of all the school kitchens and runs a summer lunch program at several sites around the city.
