We have completed the first of what I hope will be an annual recycling fundraiser to benefit NPS, NPSEF and the United Way.

A press release was sent out today from the Commission of Education, Stefan Pryor, stating Norwich's Alliance Application had been approved by the State of Connecticut.

Cora Lee Boulware was recognized at the CABE/CAPSS Conference for her 10 years of service to our Board of Education. Thanks to Cora Lee and all of you for your efforts on behalf of our students, families an community.

Ross Anderson, Norwich Public School's Extended Learning Coordinator, has been named as one of the "40 under 40" who have contributed significantly to our community at large. He was nominated by Tom St. George, Teacher of the Year at NPS.
Ross will be honored by the Norwich, Westerly and Mystic Chambers of Commerce at a banquet on Thursday January 16, 2013 at MGM at Foxwoods.
