The Library Media Center supports literacy and technology skills integrated with the curricula of the different grades.  The classroom teachers and the library media specialist collaborate on lessons to advance the objectives of literacy and research proficiency.

All students have scheduled library class time and check out books appropriate for their reading abilities and interests.

Students in Grades K-2 listen to a variety of stories that promote good literature and listening skills.  In addition, students are introduced to simple computer skills.

Research skills are taught in Grades 3-5, utilizing print and electronic resources.  Students learn how to present their research projects using various computer programs.
