Computer Integration

 

The computer integration class at Teachers' Memorial Middle School is based on the idea that students should use the latest technology to produce projects based on their present day curriculum.  After an introduction to technology and discussions about Internet safety and copyright in the digital age, students learn the fine points of the Microsoft Office Programs Suite.  They then use the skills taught to produce a project based on what they are presently studying in one of their other classes.  Some of these projects are taken back to their house to share with all of the other students at that grade level.
