National External Diploma Program (NEDP)

This program does not count credits or test scores. This individualized, computer-based program allows you to attain a local diploma through life and work experiences. Students work independently to complete a series of tasks and will meet weekly with an assessor to demonstrate progress. You will have multiple opportunities to demonstrate your mastery of academic skills in core subject areas. NEDP is a program designed for individuals that can work independently. It's possible that it can be completed in 6-12 months, although there is no time limit. The program features flexibility and confidentiality. This program can be delivered at any of our sites (Norwich, Stonington, or East Lyme) or remotely for your convenience. A Chromebook lending program is available.
