Good news from the City Manager today, the City of Norwich and New London County are finally below the “red zone” (for the first time since October) with regard to positivity rate classifications. It is anticipated that every person in CT over the age of 17 will be eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine as of April 5, 2021.
For the remainder of March, we will remain in a full in-person learning model
5 days & fully remote learners still being honored.

- During the week of October 19, the city positivity rate was 40.7 per 100,000
- During the week of October 26, the positivity rate was 30.8
