Apply to a Magnet School

All current NPS students have a SchoolMint account!

CURRENT NPS STUDENTS
  1. Capture your account by clicking on the above "CURRENT NPS STUDENTS" button.
  2. In the login area, enter the email or cell phone number you provided Norwich Public Schools as contact information for your child.
  3. Click "Forgot Password" to claim your account credentials.
  4. A reset password link will be sent.
NON-NPS STUDENTS

Any child whose primary residence is in the Norwich District (Norwich, Taftville, Yantic) can apply to a NPS magnet school by clicking on the above "NON-NPS STUDENTS" button.

Preferences:

  • Existing Siblings Attending Kelly
  • Wequonnoc Students (Students who graduated or will graduate from Wequonnoc)
Teachers' Memorial Global Studies Magnet Middle School

Preferences:

  • Existing Siblings Attending Teachers'

NORWICH MAGNET ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS:


Moriarty Environmental Sciences Magnet Elementary School

Preferences:

  • Living within the Moriarty Attendance Zone
  • Existing Siblings Attending Moriarty
Wequonnoc Arts and Technology Magnet Middle School

Preferences:

  • Living within the Wequonnoc Attendance Zone
  • Existing Siblings Attending Wequonnoc

ELEMENTARY APPLICANTS CAN APPLY TO MORE THAN ONE SCHOOL
If you wish to apply to both schools:
  • Apply to the first school online.
  • Contact the registration office (860.823.4201 ext 2104) to put in an application for the other school.
