Upcoming COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics

Norwich Public Schools will be hosting several optional COVID-19 vaccine clinics for children aged 5-11. The dates and locations for those clinics are as follows:
Wequonnoc: Sunday November 28th from approximately 10am-4pm
Second Dose Clinic: Sunday, December 19th, same time
Kelly, Global, Stanton and Moriarty: November 29th approximately: 9am-12pm
Second Dose Clinic: December 20th, same time
Huntington, Uncas, Veterans and Mahan: November 29th from 1pm-4pm
Second Dose Clinic: December 20th, same time
There is a required consent form that MUST be filled out by parents PRIOR to (or on the day of) their child's vaccine. Those consent forms can be found on the main page of norwichpublicschools.org by clicking the button under the main announcement titled "Download Consent Forms Here".

Generations will be holding a vaccine clinic for children ages 5-18 years old on Thursday, December 16th.
• Morning, afternoon, and evening appointments are available.
Who is eligible?
Children between the ages of 5 years and 18 years (as of 12/16/21).
Children must have been seen for care in any discipline at Generations or received a COVID -19 test at Generations at any site in 2021.
