Timeline for Postings:

All flyers are due by Thursday for posting the following week. Flyers are posted on Fridays to the appropriate folder. You will only receive a notification if your flyer has not been approved. Emails are sent to families once a week with a link to the community flyer page.

Entities can post for multiple weeks. Be mindful when marketing as families will tune you out if seen too often. We do not support spam posting and will not allow consecutive weeks.

Norwich families are rich in diversity. It is not required but we strongly encourage entities to submit translated versions of their flyers in Spanish, Haitian Creole, and Simplified Chinese. You will have a better response rate when translated.
