Norwich Public Schools is excited to use ParentSquare, our school-to-home communication platform designed to keep parents and guardians informed, connected, and engaged.

How to Communicate with Staff
Need to send a message to a teacher or another staff member through ParentSquare?

Open ParentSquare and select the + (plus) sign.

Select Direct Message.

In the search bar, type the name of the staff member you would like to message.

Once you find the staff member, select their name.

Select Add.

Write your message and send it.
You can also add multiple staff members to the same direct message by searching for and selecting each person before sending your message.

Activating your Account
Register your account here by using the email address or phone number on record at your school.
IMPORTANT: If you are having trouble logging into ParentSquare, please call your school's main office to make sure they have the correct email and phone number on record.
You can use ParentSquare on any device. You can download the free mobile app for Android or iOS and you can also use it from a computer at: www.parentsquare.com
Those who do not register will still receive text, email, and phone notifications. Parents who do create an account can interact by viewing photos, downloading attachments, leaving comments, messaging teachers, signing permission slips and managing their communication settings and preferences.
